Dr. Tsai strongly believes success in dental care is a team effort involving the parents input about your child’s treatment options.  Parents are invited to follow their child and observe all appointments.  At times, during restorative treatment of cavities, especially on very young patients, Dr. Tsai may ask the parents to become a silent observer.  This arrangement will allow her and her team to communicate with your child directly without distractions.

During treatment appointments, Dr. Tsai asks that only either mom or dad accompanies the child.  If sibling is present, parents will be asked to stay in the reception room to supervise.

Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided.  Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan which fits your timetable and budget, and gives your child the best possible care.  We accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards.

Dr. Tsai accepts all PPO dental insurance plans, however, she is a provider for a handful of them.  Please contact the office for more information.  If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to help you receive the maximum benefits available under your policy.
